• Warranty Service
  The hardware products sold by Oricom enjoy one year free support maintenance under this scheme. Besides that under Authorised Service Centre mechanism, free warranty service is also extended to the products which are of particular vendors and might have been sold by parties other than Oricom.
  
• Annual Maintenance Contract
  Under this scheme, Oricom Service extends comprehensive service support which includes preventive maintenance, on-call service and parts replacement.
  
• Third Party Maintenance
  This scheme is similar to AMC: the difference is that the support is extended to the systems which are not marketed by Oricom.
• Upgradation
  Oricom Service also upgrades the existing systems of the customers at nominal cost. Those upgraded machines are rendered free maintenance support for a given period of time.
